The Food Clinic currently provdes in clinic consultations in Toorak, Essendon and Heidelberg Heights, Victoria, Australia. Our philosophy is to work within a cleint focused education model to assist individuals achieve their nutrition goals. Our principal dietitian, Denise Burbidge, is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist and has a particular interest in working with clients with diabetes and associated conditions, gastrointestional nutrition issues including food intolerances and coeliac disease and with clients with nutrition issues of aging such as swallowing issues and frailty. Denise is experienced in working with the low FODMAP diet, gluten free diets, high energy and high protein diets and carbohydrate counting for people with diabetes on flexible insulin regimes.

Denise works with clients, their carers and families to set realistic goals and develop pracitcal nutrition strategies. Denise herself loves tasty food so endevours to make nutrition recommendations not only nutritious but also delicious.
